HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST?

Shipping Fee is $1.99 islandwide. FREE for orders above $30. Shipping does not covers restricted area such as Jurong Island, army camp..etc.

DELIVERY DURATION

We use local couriers to facilitate the delivery of our orders and are unable to deliver at specific times within the given time-slots (e.g. at 11 am, exactly 6:30 pm etc).

You will be able to receive your wines within 2 to 3 working days from the day you make your purchase.

IMPORTANT: The delivery timeframe is based on the first delivery attempt of the parcel; If you are unable to receive the parcel at the time, the logistics partner may attempt delivery on the following day.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I’M NOT AROUND WHEN MY PACKAGE ARRIVES?

We use local couriers to facilitate the delivery of our orders. Our driver will contact you before arrival. You may advise the driver to keep at your convenient place, rescheduling delivery subject to available date and time slots.

DO YOU DELIVER TO PO BOXES?

No, we are not able to deliver to PO boxes or to restricted zones such as army camps, and ports.

DO YOU DELIVER TO CBD OFFICE AND SENTOSA?

Yes, We do. We use local couriers to facilitate the delivery of our orders. Please note that there will be additional charge for delivery to Sentosa.

MY ITEMS HAVE YET TO ARRIVE. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Should you not be able to receive your items as per the indicated delivery time frame, please email sales@xinyongsheng.sg with your shipping address and Order ID so that we can check your delivery status with our courier.

WHO CAN RECEIVE THE ORDER?

Anyone in your house can receive your parcel.

DO YOU OFFER SELF COLLECTION SERVICE?

No, we do not offer self-collection service currently.
